I think there's quite a difference between the 4 or 5 million dollars worth of cocaine that were "unconstitutionally" seized in the story you related and a small bag of weed in a glove compartment.Something occurred to me... If this guy had been crossing the border into Canada and the coke had been discovered, of course he'd have been arrested and charged. What makes a customs agent (in the interest of law enforcement) so different from a police officer when searching a vehicle? What if the suspicious cop had found a missing child in the van instead of drugs? Would the driver still have been released?
Merci beaucoup Sdude! Vraiment gentil! xx
