dude...Your friend's comment in the vein of "say what you want" upholds most of what I believe when I record.I just talked, in a recent podcast, about how I pulled back from such an ideal on a radio show. I wouldn't do the same on my own podcast.I say what I believe. I'm ready to back it up if confronted. I've seen and heard you do the same, most emphatically as well. And while I love the feedback I get from podcasting, I'm completely vain in this regard. I listen back myself, and enjoy reveling in the creative and artistic processes that go into recording. I can honestly say that I would continue if I was the only one listening. As long as you're getting off on it, fuck the rest of the world. I don't listen to DnJ to hear about the park, your kids, your job, etc. - I listen because you're the one saying it and I dig how you craft the narrative. Talk about grass growing if you want. Just drop the occasional F-Bomb and nugget of truth once in a while. Stop worrying if you have nothing to talk about. Just talk.Remember what that dead Canadian said: the medium is the message?Mr. Mojo Risin
